RETURNS
We're sorry you're not satisfied! You can always return your order through our returns portal. This must be done within 14 days of receipt.
Please read our returns policy in the "Info" section before you begin your return. Only return items that fully comply with our terms and conditions. We always reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our returns policy.
Step 1: Fill out the entire form!
Step 2: Place the item(s) and the form together in the shipping bag.
Step 3: Create a shipping label (you can choose which sender as long as it is delivered to the specified address and not to a parcel point). The address can be found on the return form.
Step 4: Track your package. Once your package has arrived, we will refund the amount excluding shipping costs.
RETURN POLICY
Sale items cannot be returned.
The costs of returning are borne by the customer and will not be reimbursed by us.
The risk and responsibility for returning items (on time) always lies with the customer. We are also not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
All returned items must be in the same condition as when received. This means: the tag is still attached and there are no signs of wear.
Once your return has been received in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 working days.
PLEASE NOTE! Headwear, hairclips, and jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
