What is the delivery time of my order?
Our delivery time is on average 1-3 working days.
I placed a pre-order, what is the delivery time?
Pre-orders have an average delivery time of less than one week, unless otherwise indicated. If your order contains other items with a faster delivery time, in addition to the pre-order, the delivery time of your entire order will be based on that of the pre-order. If you want to receive the other items sooner, you will need to order them separately from the pre-order.
Can I return my order?
Yes, that's possible! You can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt. See the "Returns Portal" page for more information.
How do I return my order?
Register your item(s) through our returns portal on the website. Returns cannot be made outside of the returns portal.
I didn't receive a confirmation email, what now?
Sometimes our email ends up in your spam box. So please check it first. If the email isn't there either, we may have the wrong email address on file for you. Please email customer service so they can help you further!
I entered the wrong address, what now?
If you entered the wrong address or would like to have it delivered somewhere else, please email our customer service. We can process an address change until your order has been shipped.
I received a defective item, what should I do?
We thoroughly inspect all items, but unfortunately, sometimes an item arrives damaged. In this case, please email us with a photo within 48 hours of receipt. We will then assist you as soon as possible. Please wait for a response from our customer service before returning the item or taking any other steps.
